Sea-to-Table Appetizer Board
Create a healthy, appealing sea-cuterie appetizer board featuring canned clams, mussels, oysters, and scallops with these easy steps. Look for a variety of seasoned bivalves, such as smoked, and canned with olive oil, herbs, and seasonings.

Ingredients:
4 leaves lettuce
3 (4-ounce) cans smoked or seasoned clams, mussels, oysters, and scallops
8 ounces fresh vegetables, such as celery sticks, asparagus spears, and cherry tomatoes
4 ounces fermented vegetables, such as pickled kelp, cucumbers, carrots, and olives
¼ cup condiments, such as mustard, aioli, hummus, or curry ketchup
8 ounces crackers, flatbread, toasted baguette slices, or pita triangles
Instructions:
Line a serving platter or board with leafy greens.
Arrange seasoned or smoked canned clams, mussels, oysters, and scallops over the greens.
Include seasonal fresh vegetables, such as celery sticks, asparagus spears, and cherry tomatoes, on the platter.
Add fermented vegetables, such as pickled kelp, cucumbers, carrots, and olives, to the platter.
Spoon condiments, such as mustard, aioli, hummus, or curry ketchup, into small dipping bowls and nestle among the ingredients of the platter.
Place crackers, flatbread, toasted baguette slices, or pita triangles in a basket to serve with the sea-cuterie board. Enjoy!
